Silent Response Gaming (SRG) Code of Conduct
I. Introduction and Scope
The Silent Response Gaming (“SRG”) Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the behavioral, ethical, and communication standards required of all members, staff, partners, and affiliates of Silent Response Gaming. This Code applies across all SRG-operated and SRG-endorsed platforms, including but not limited to Discord servers, community websites, voice channels, in-game environments, and affiliated social media platforms.
The primary purpose of this Code is to ensure that SRG remains a safe, respectful, enjoyable, and toxicity-free environment where all members may participate without fear of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or judgment.
II. Respect and Integrity
All actions taken within SRG, or while representing SRG, must reflect the core values of respect and integrity. These principles are fundamental to maintaining the culture and standards of the community.
(2.1) All members of SRG are expected to treat others with the same respect they expect to receive. SRG is founded on a brotherhood and sisterhood mentality, and members are expected to demonstrate fair play, sportsmanship, respect, and integrity at all times.
(2.2) Members are encouraged to make newcomers feel welcomed upon joining the community. SRG staff members are required to acknowledge and welcome new members into the main SRG chat. A simple greeting contributes to a positive and inclusive environment.
(2.3) All members must comply with the SRG Code of Conduct, as well as all SRG policies and guidelines, as established and maintained by the Owners and Operations Director of Silent Response Gaming.
(2.4) Leadership and moderator decisions must be respected. Members may express opinions, suggestions, or submit appeals through appropriate and designated channels, but public arguments or confrontations regarding decisions are prohibited.
(2.5) Favoritism and the formation of cliques are discouraged. SRG strives to ensure equal opportunity for members to interact, game, and collaborate with one another whenever reasonably possible.
(2.6) Membership in SRG represents not only the individual but the organization as a whole. Members are expected to uphold a respectful and professional image at all times. While gaming is a competitive environment it may involve trash talk. Any discriminatory, hateful, or abusive language toward any individual is strictly prohibited.
III. Dishonoring Silent Response Gaming
Silent Response Gaming maintains zero tolerance for actions that dishonor the SRG name or undermine its values. Violations under this section are subject to the SRG Three-Strike Policy unless otherwise stated. Certain violations, including discrimination, manipulation, or actions that destabilize the community, may result in immediate disciplinary action.
(3.1) Targeted hostility toward any SRG member or community participant is prohibited.
(3.2) Discrimination of any form is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to discrimination based on race, sex, age, gameplay skill, financial status, ethnicity, gender identity, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, background, or any other personal attribute.
(3.3) Disruptive, toxic, or inflammatory behavior is not permitted.
(3.4) Abuse of authority or manipulation of members is strictly prohibited.
(3.5) Any action that undermines the stability, integrity, or reputation of the SRG community is prohibited.
Forms of harassment include, but are not limited to:
- Verbal insults or demeaning comments
- Threats, intimidation, or coercion
- Unwanted or persistent messaging
- Sexual or explicit conduct directed at another individual
- Doxxing or the sharing of Personal Identifiable Information (“PII”)

IV. Cheating and Compliance
Silent Response Gaming enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding cheating or violations of any applicable Terms of Service (“TOS”) or community guidelines. Violations under this section are not subject to the Three-Strike Policy and may result in immediate removal, blacklisting, and reporting to relevant platforms, publishers, or authorities when applicable.
(4.1) Members must comply with all rules and guidelines established by game publishers.
(4.2) Members must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
(4.3) Members must comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of Sony and Microsoft.
(4.4) Members must comply with all applicable local, regional, and international laws regarding digital activity.
(4.5) Prohibited cheating methods include, but are not limited to: aimbots, wall hacks, god mode, rapid-fire modifications, Cronus Zen devices, scripting, exploit abuse, boosting, VPN misuse, or “two-boxing.”
Controllers manufactured by SCUF, AIM, Cinch Gaming, GameSir, or similar brands are not considered cheating.
(4.6) Any modification or manipulation of game software, system files, or hardware intended to provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
V. Membership Requirements
The following requirements must be met to gain and retain full membership within SRG. Failure to meet or complete these requirements within 48 hours may result in revoked membership.
(5.1) All members must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions are permitted.
(5.2) Members must possess a clear and working headset and microphone with minimal background noise.
(5.3) Members must maintain an active Discord account in good standing.
(5.4) Members must actively game on Xbox, PlayStation, and/or PC. SRG does not recruit non-gaming participants.
(5.5) Members must demonstrate a willingness to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of SRG.
(5.6) Members must remain active and engaged to the extent real-life responsibilities allow. Prolonged inactivity may result in removal.
(5.7) Members must complete all required applications, registrations, or community onboarding processes.
(5.8) Members must complete onboarding through a Discord voice channel. Failure to do so will result in denial of access.
VI. Code of Ethics and Honesty
SRG’s Code of Ethics and Honesty is enforced under the Three-Strike Policy and exists to ensure fairness, trust, and accountability throughout the community.
(6.1) Impersonation of SRG staff or public figures is prohibited.
(6.2) Providing false or misleading information during interviews, applications, or investigations is prohibited.
(6.3) Scamming, fraud, or deception of any kind is prohibited.
(6.4) Manipulation or exploitation of others for personal gain is prohibited.
(6.5) Poaching or incentivizing members to leave SRG or other communities is prohibited.
(6.6) Dual clanning, clan hopping, or leaving without notice is prohibited.
(6.7) Retaliation of any kind is prohibited.
(6.8) Members in personal or marital relationships may not directly report to one another.
(6.9) Weaponizing reports, submitting false allegations, or engaging in public confrontations is prohibited.
VII. Representation of Silent Response Gaming
Failure to comply with representation standards will result in loss of official SRG member status.
(7.1) Members must use “SRG” (all caps) as their clan tag in supported games unless otherwise instructed.
(7.2) Online IDs are optional; however, members holding the rank of Section Leader or higher may be requested to update their ID to reflect SRG affiliation.
Online IDs must:
- Follow platform-appropriate formatting (If it allows a space put a space between like this SRG Slayah. If it does not allow a space do this SRG.Slayah If it does not allow a space or . then do this SRG_Slayah)
- Not duplicate existing SRG member names
- Not reference SRG section or squad names
