            🔴 EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
            
            OWNER OF SRG CLAN [OWNER]
            
            Overview: Owners are the overall decision maker of SRG Clan. They provide operational oversight for all of SRG and Directors of SRG. These members are eligible to make minor and major changes with no majority vote.
            
            Class: Executive Leadership
            Report: None
            Max Allowed Positions: (2)
            
            Responsibilities: 
            ● Take on the financial responsibility of Silent Response Gaming.
            ● Host meetings whether for leadership or the entirety of the community when necessary.
            ● Train, guide or mentor leadership that is under their command.
            ● Manage, edit and assist Web Operations Director with Website Operations.
            ● Manage, edit, and assist Director of Discord Ops with Discord Operations.
            ● Relay community news, changes, and updates in the owner news of the SRG discord server.
            ● Approve structural and policy changes requested by the Operations Director.
            ● Handle issues that warrant the owner's involvement.
            ● Supervise directors of the following departments. (Operations Director, Community Director, Website Ops Director, and Discord Ops Director)
            ● Provide guidance, growth, structure, and community direction to the members who report to them.
            ● Make recruitment posts via social media only in the absence of any staff certified to do so. (Director of Marketing, Recruiters, Director of Recruitment etc…)
            ● Represent the community in game, meetings, affiliate meetings, business meetings or any professional SRG operation.
            ● Remain a visible presence and act as a role model by being an active member of Silent Response Gaming.
            
            
            OPERATIONS DIRECTOR [OD]
            
            Overview: Operations Director is the second and right hand man/woman of the organization. They oversee and provide operational support and directives to the community. Reviewing all policies, structural flaws, and procedure updates then requesting change from ownership then takes action upon approval.
            
            Class: Executive Leadership
            Report: Owners
            Max Allowed: (1)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Review and change policies based on day to day scenarios as they sit fit. (Ownership may revert changes in the event of disagreement.)
            ● Review and fix structural flaws within the community as they sit fit. (Ownership may revert changes in the event of disagreement.)
            ● Review Updates & Community Directives from owners notes in discord. Take action in streamlining those directives and email changes to the community director for announcement.
            ● Assist owners with day to day activities and any tasks requested to be completed.
            ● Review twitch alerts in discord to ensure stream list is up to date, remove any if necessary.
            ● Implement new projects, expansions or activities and email the list of changes to the community director for review and announcement.
            ● Remain a visible role model for the members of SRG Clan.
            ● Complete 2 onboardings per month.
            ● Host and Attend SRG activities including but not limited to: game nights, community wide meetings, social nights and more.
            ● Supervise all directors who are under them such as; Community Director, Director of Design, Director of Leadership Development, Director of Recruitment, Director of Marketing, Director of Internal Affairs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
            ● Support community growth and improvement projects.
            ● Design progressive and efficient Training Resources for use by the members under them to ensure leadership readiness.
            
            COMMUNITY DIRECTOR [CD]
            
            Overview: Community Director is the assistant/support for Operations director. Their job is to ensure all things written by the Operations Director come to life. They double check policies and procedures to attack flaws where it may have been missed from the (2) ranks above them.
            
            Class: Executive Leadership
            Report: Operations Director unless in a personal relationship then they’d report to the Owners.
            Max Allowed: (1)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Reach out to recruits to ensure they are filling out their applications.
            ● Check roles on a daily basis to ensure members of the community are assigned the right roles in discord.
            ● Take notes from Operations Director email or #owners-notes in discord to relay information by posting in #announcements in discord.
            ● Attend activities and meetings community-wide.
            ● Enforce policies and procedures as written by the operations director.
            ● Monitor activity to determine who has violated the activity policy and make the revocations needed.
            ● Support division leaders and section leaders as needed.
            ● Monitor game nights and meetings to ensure an appropriate amount of events are being completed.
            ● Remain a visible role model for lower ranking members.
            ● Work closely with the Leadership Development Director to ensure proper leadership training.
            ● Assist the community with member support as needed.
            ● Complete (2) onboardings per month.
            ● Assist with recruitment posts for new recruits to join the community.
            ● Support the Operations Director community initiatives.
            
            DIRECTOR OF LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT [LSD]
            
            Overview: Leadership Development Director is responsible for providing training and necessary support for members looking for leadership advancement. While this member does not directly design the leadership pathway they want to ensure keep record of training tracking and ensure members are following the designed training methods.
            
            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Operations Director
            Max Allowed: (1)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Use a training tracker to track leadership training being completed.
            ● Ensure members are following the designed training methods.
            ● Host training sessions such as; recruitment and cms training, boot camp training or any other training designed by Operations Director.
            ● Support leadership initiatives from Captains for members wanting to advance.
            ● Support the community with leadership training and encouragement.
            ● Remain a visible role model for lower ranking members of SRG Clan.
            ● Complete (4) onboardings per month.
            ● Assist the community director with any training directives.
            ● Consult with members to assess their situation and come up with a plan on what position fits their niche and availability
            ● Train and retrain members as needed.
            ● Correct any training flaws or leadership mistakes by coaching members during mistakes.
            ● Attend meetings and activities community-wide as much as possible.
            ● Work closely with each squad's leadership to get their lower leadership on path to their desired role.
            ● Work closely with the Community Director → Owner to ensure proper leadership development.
            ● Take notes of members the Development Director may think is a good choice for leadership.
            
            DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS [DIA]
            
            Overview: This member is responsible for investigating internal affairs. They would investigate code of conduct violations, matters brought up by squad / section leadership, and reports sent anonymously to upper leadership, regardless of one's rank and position.
            
            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Operations Director (if they are involved, go to the owners)
            Max Allowed: (1)
            Requirements: Discord 101, Moderator Boot Camp Training, Professional Interactions, Security and Confidentiality NO violations
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Investigate ongoing code of conduct violations.
            ● Follow proper procedure for disciplinary actions.
            ● Create and maintain training documents relating to disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution and addressing concerns / reports made by community members.
            ● Attend leadership meetings community-wide.
            ● Be cognisant of behavioral patterns amongst members.
            ● Interview offenders to get story vs story to compare and review evidence sent to professional email.
            ● Review support tickets for member reporting.
            ● Remain neutral during altercations and conflicts.
            ● Enforce rules, policies and procedures that are intentionally being broken.
            ● Onboard (1) member per month.
            ● Host scam & member safety seminar’s.
            
            DIRECTOR OF RECRUITMENT [DOR]
            
            Overview: The recruitment director is responsible for all recruitment operations and overseeing all recruiters within SRG. This role reviews all current recruitment processes, identifies areas for improvement, and submits recommended changes to the community director. Upon approval, proposed changes are forwarded to the Operations Director for further review and implementation.
            
            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Operations Director (proposed changes must be submitted through the community director first.)
            Max Allowed: (1) (oversight of all recruiters)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Oversight of all SRG Recruiters. Ensure they are following all community standards and procedures.
            ● Send in changes for review and improvement.
            ● Keep an updated list of all active recruiters.
            ● Keep reports for recruiter performance.
            ● Sit in on (10) onboardings per month.
            ● Host recruitment department meetings for questions & updates.
            ● Complete (5) onboardings per month.
            ● Report any issues or concerns to the community director.
            ● Remain a visible role model for silent response gaming.
            ● Make recruitment posts online.
            ● Scout new members for silent response gaming.
            ● Attend leadership meetings.
            ● Attend (3) activities per month community-wide.
            
             DIRECTOR OF WEB OPERATIONS [WOD]
            
            Overview: This member is responsible for the lead of website design, development and maintenance. These members should be good at problem solving website failures, defects, or troubleshooting. This member should have most experiences in website hosting services along with designing, code, drag and drop and eye for creativity.
            
            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Owner
            Max Allowed: (1) (with a team of Web Ops Specialist of 4)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Work with the owner on creative design and development for website operations.
            ● Maintain maintenance regarding the website by fixing bugs, defects, typos, failures, and troubleshooting.
            ● Complete onboardings as needed.
            ● In an interim capacity assist the owner when there is no Discord Ops Director. 
            ● Develop ideas and features to add to the website via owner approval.
            ● Enforce rules, procedures, and policies in absence of ranking officers, executive leadership or community management.
            ● Remain a visible role model of SRG Clan
            ● Provide community fixes, updates and troubleshooting regarding the website.
            ● Host and develop training seminars to show members how to use the website.
            ● Provide community support if members have questions regarding the website.
            ● Attend leadership training seminars.
            ● Attend leadership meetings.
            ● Attend community meetings community-wide.
            ● Ensure everything is working as intended on a daily basis.
            ● Only make changes to the website via owner request.
            ● The ability to keep new releases and information confidential till made public
            
             DIRECTOR OF DISCORD OPERATIONS [DDO]
            
            Overview: The director of discord operations is responsible for all things discord related. They are the experts of discord servers and should know the ins and outs of discord servers. These members usually supervise a team of four.
            
            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Operations Director
            Max Allowed: (1) (with a team of Discord Ops Specialist of 4 and a panel of 15 Moderators)
            Requirements: Discord 101, Moderator Boot Camp Training, Professional Interactions, Security and Confidentiality NO violations
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Maintain and manage a professional discord structure.
            ● Create a guide to show how to use features of discord.
            ● Remove or add channels by owner request.
            ● Attend leadership meetings.
            ● Remain a visible role model for SRG Clan.
            ● Enforce discord rules and monitor chats.
            ● Supervise all moderators.
            ● Review and update discord rules based upon real time scenarios.
            ● Manage bots and update bot features based on community needs and owner requests. 
            ● Remain neutral during conflicts.
            ● Have a basic understanding and skills on how to deescalate conflicts.
            
            DIRECTOR OF DESIGN [DOD]
            
            Overview: Director of Design is responsible for the branding of Silent Response Gaming. Their primary focus is to create graphics giving the community a professional and premium social media presence. (not a paid position all roles within silent response gaming are volunteer.)
            
            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Owner
            Max Allowed: (1)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Remain a visible role model for silent response gaming.
            ● Create and design a professional and premium social media presence and media kit.
            ● Review and update graphics based on trending styles.
            ● Attend leadership meetings.
            
            Director of VideoFX [DVFX] 

            Overview:

            This member is responsible for oversight of all video fx. The Director is responsible for making sure all members who report to them follow their directive and edits videos to their standard.

            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Owner
            Max Allowed: (1)
            
            Requirements: Experience in videofx with Sony Vegas or Movie Studio Platinum and voted in by all directors

            Responsibilities:
            ●Edit SRG Clan related videos,
            ●Not required, Edit and bundle together member clips for social media posting,
            ●Review clips sent by members and put into a Google Drive file for social media posting,
            ●Remain a visible role model in the community,
            ●Attend activities community wide,
            ●Supervise all VFX Members,
            ●Update and review clip policy,
            ●Suggest changes to video fx department,
            ●Collaborate with Director of Design for social media projects.
            
            DIRECTOR OF MARKETING [DOM]
            
            Overview: Director of Marketing is responsible for the marketing of silent response gaming to draw social media and member retention. (This is not a paid position; all roles within SRG are volunteer.)
            
            Class: Executive Staff
            Report: Operations Director
            Max Allowed: (1)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Remain a visible role model within Silent Response Gaming.
            ● Use social media to market the community for social media and member retention.
            ● Review any trending marketing techniques to use for SRG marketing strategy.
            ● Attend leadership meetings
            ● Ability to remain confidential and keep news private till release date.
            
            🟡 COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
            
            INTERNAL AFFAIRS [IA]
            
            Overview: Internal Affair Specialist review cases related to Disciplinary. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and loyalty of SRG members. They focus on investigating internal issues within the staff of Silent Response Gaming.
            
            Class: Community Management
            Report: Director of Internal Affairs
            Max Allowed: (6)
            Requirements: Discord 101, Moderator Boot Camp Training, Professional Interactions, Security and Confidentiality NO violations
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Keep detailed reports of members suspected of breaking rules.
            ● Respond to member report tickets.
            ● Investigate internal security or confidentiality issues.
            ● Report major issues to the director they report to.
            ● Fill out disciplinary reports for review by the director.
            ● Conduct interviews for major issues and report interview notes to their director.
            ● Attend leadership meetings.
            ● Remain a visible role model of Silent Response Gaming.
            
            RECRUITER [REC]

           Overview: Recruiters are responsible for bringing in members and completing the recruits onboarding process. These members are solely only responsible for onboardings and recruitment. Recruiters act as a communication link between recruits and higher ups to ensure questions, concerns or support is being met.

           Class: Community Management
           Report: Director of Recruitment
           Max Allowed: N/A
           Requirements: Must have completed the full recruitment and cms training which is usually done at the specialist rank. Must have been inSRG Clan for a minimum of (30) days.

           Responsibilities:
           ●Complete new recruit onboardings
           ●Answer any questions or concerns recruits may have
           ●Post on applicable social media pages to get bring in new recruits
           ●Be a visible role model for SRG Clan.
           ●Attend leadership activities
           ●Attend community activities community wide
           ●Monitor recruit chat to offer support.
            
            MODERATOR [MOD]
            
            Overview: Moderators are responsible for community safety and discord safety. These members primarily moderate discord chats on a regular basis and enforce SRG discord rules. Moderators also try to resolve minor conflicts between members as more serious conflicts would be submitted to internal affairs and director of discord operations.
            
            Class: Community Management
            Report: Director of Discord Operations
            Max Allowed: (15)
            Requirement: Discord 101, Moderator Boot Camp Training, Professional Interactions, Security and Confidentiality NO violations
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Support community members with questions, issues or concerns.
            ● Monitor discord chats on a regular basis.
            ● Remain a visible role model for Silent Response Gaming
            ● Resolve minor conflicts between members.
            ● Assist squad members and recruiters with onboardings.
            ● Assist Director of Discord Operations with tasks.
            ● Show the ability to remain neutral during confrontation.
            ● Assist squad officers with additions or drops to or from CMS.
            ● Respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
            
            DIVISION LEADER [DIV]
            
            Overview: Division Leaders are responsible for the oversight, growth and success of (1) division. There will be (1) division leader for every (2) sections created so (1) division leader oversees (2) sections.
            
            Class: Community Management
            Report: Community Director
            Max Allowed: (1) (for every 2 sections created)
            Requirements: Division Leader 101, Div Leader Test, 3 Weeks as Section Leader. (the requirements to move up from Section Leader → Division Leader)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Remain a visible role model for silent response gaming.
            ● Monitor discord chats in the event a moderator is absent.
            ● Supervise the section leaders of the sections in their division.
            ● Host or organize division events or meetings.
            ● Keep an updated division roster to the best of your ability.
            ● Attend leadership meetings when available.
            ● Address division issues or conflicts.
            ● Help train and mentor upcoming leaders in their division.
            ● Support the sections within their division.
            ● Responsible for the overall growth, success and oversight of the division.
            ● Encourage engagement and leadership advancement.
            ● Relay divisional information to Executive Leadership, using the proper channels.
            ● Address division issues or conflicts. If it can not be solved at section or squad level.
            ● Review and keep record of section leader performance.

            ● Provide updates and reports about your division.
            ● Attend SRG events or meetings community-wide.
            ● Train section leader next for promotion for (3) weeks.
            
            SECTION LEADER [SEC]
            
            Overview: Section Leaders are responsible for the entire oversight, growth and development of (1) section. These members are responsible for oversight of (5)+ squads in their section while supporting each squad to grow and succeed.
            
            Class: Community Management
            Report: Division Leader
            Max Allowed: (1) per section
            Requirements: (the requirements are the requirements to move up from General → Section Leader)
            Section Leader 101
            Section Leader Test
            (2) months as an active General with no violations
            Host 2 Section Wide Meetings as General.
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Oversight of all members within their assigned section.
            ● Keep an updated section roster to the best of your ability.
            ● Mentor and train upcoming leaders especially General for their requirements
            ● Host section meetings to relay section related news and updates.
            ● Attend leadership meetings, training and events whenever possible.
            ● Support section with any issues, questions or concerns.
            ● Responsible for the overall growth and development of your section.
            (2) onboardings per month.
            ● Remain a visible role model for your section and the SRG community.
            ● Relay section information to your division leadership using the proper channels.
            ● Address sections issues and or conflicts.
            ● Maintain a thriving section and ensure activity across all sections.
            ● Host and organize section events whenever possible.
            ● Provide updates about your section daily.
            
            
            🔵 ENLISTED SENIOR OFFICERS
            
            GENERAL [GEN]
            
            Overview: This member is a support and assist officer to the section leader offering support by assisting the section leader completing their tasks on a daily basis. These members are not tied to a specific squad and tied to a specific section.
            
            Class: Enlisted Senior Officer
            Report: Section Leader
            Max Allowed: (2) per section
            Requirements: (the requirements to move from Colonel → General) 
            Must be a colonel for (1) month.
            General’s Test.
            Host (3) Game Nights & (5) Squad Meetings
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Supervise senior leadership officers within the section.
            ● Ensure all senior leadership officers are doing their duties correctly and timely .● Support them where its needed.
            ● Assist the section leader with any tasks needed to be completed.
            ● Assist with disciplinary actions.
            ● Review applications and complete onboardings for new recruits.
            ● Assist with leadership development and promotions.
            ● Attend Senior Leadership Meetings and Events.
            ● Help organize events and activities for their section.
            ● Serve as a communication link between Senior Officers and Higher leadership.
            ● Assist in keeping updated section roster.
            ● Remain a visible role model for the community.
            ● Assist with planning, organization and structure within the section.
            ● Communicate updates and expectations to members under them.
            ● Ensure rules, standards and policies are being followed.
            
            COLONEL [COL]
            
            Overview: Colonels are the top leadership of a squad and ensure all decisions made by the Captain’s and Major’s of the squad are in the best interest of the community. These members are training to be general while giving the support needed to their squad leadership.
            
            Class: Enlisted Senior Officer
            Report: General
            Max Allowed: (2) per squad.
            Requirements: (from Major → Colonel) (10) Activities: (5) Game Nights & (5) Meetings, Must have been Major for (30) days.
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Attend leadership meetings for news & updates.
            ● Attend SRG activities across the community.
            ● Remain a visible role model across the community
            ● Support Major & Captain with squad operations.
            ● Ensure Major & Captains are doing their duties.
            ● Act as a support system for Member → Lieutenant in the event the Captain and Major can’t assist.
            ● Host (10) Activities.
            ● Assist with applications and onboarding new members.
            ● Act in place of the Major or Captain in the event that they are not available.
            ● Give suggestions or direction on keeping the squad engaged and active.
            
            MAJOR [MAJ]
            
            Overview: Major is the primary leader of all tasks within a squad. These members typically delegate most tasks to the captain and are there for support and guidance. Majors usually act in an interim capacity if the captain cannot fulfill their role.
            
            Class: Enlisted Senior Officer
            Report: General
            Max Allowed: (2) per squad
            Requirements: (Captain → Major) Show consistent performance & activity in the Captain role for a minimum of (3) weeks up to (2) months depending on openings.)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Support the Captain’s directives and operations.
            ● Assist and cover the captain in the event they are unavailable.
            ● Host squad meetings to relay news and information.
            ● Ensure the captain has all the necessary tools to succeed.
            ● Remain a visible role model within the community
            ● Assist with applications and onboarding new members.
            ● Attend activities and meetings across the community.
            ● Mentor and guide the captain for promotion to Major.
            ● Assist in keeping an updated squad roster.
            ● Assist in organizing events and meetings for their squad.
            
            CAPTAIN [CPT]
            
            Overview: The Captain in the secondary squad lead of a squad. They take the primary lead however to ensure they are receiving the correct training and resources to advance. These members are responsible for the overall engagement and communication link for their squad.
            
            Class: Enlisted Senior Officer
            Report: Major (Unless there is no assigned major then it would be the next highest rank)
            Max Allowed: (1)
            Requirements: From Lieutenant → Captain  (show consistent activity, performance and knowledge as a Lieutenant by completing the Captains Exam)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Host squad meetings and activities.
            ● Responsible for the overall engagement of the squad.
            ● Keep an updated squad roster for your squad.
            ● Assist with applications and onboarding new members.
            ● Resolve minor conflicts between members under them.
            ● Help new members find their way in the community
            ● Remain a visible role model within the community.
            ● Provide promotions to the members under them.
            ● Provide news and updates about the squad.
            ● Act as a support system for members under them.
            ● Help members with any administrative request. (name change, loa, questions, complaints etc…)
            ● Delegate appropriate tasks to their Lieutenant.
            🟠 ENLISTED JUNIOR OFFICERS
            
            LIEUTENANT [LT]
            
            Overview: LT’s are the right hand man/woman of the Captain. These members are enrolled for Captain support and should be a support system for members under them in the event the Captain is unable to do so.
            
            Class: Enlisted Junior Officer
            Report: Captain
            Max Allowed: (1)
            Requirements: From Master Sergeant → Lieutenant | (show consistent performance, activity and knowledge by taking the Lieutenant’s exam.)
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Assist the Captain with keeping an updated squad roster.
            ● Assist the Captain with organizing events and meetings.
            ● Support the members under them by answering questions, issues or concerns.
            ● Assist the Captain with relay news from top leadership.
            ● Attend activities and meetings across the community.
            ● Assist with applications and onboarding new members.
            ● Remain a visible role model across the community.
            ● Shadow the captain to be mentored and guided for promotion.
            ● Pass the Captain’s exam.
            
            MASTER SERGEANT [MSG]
            
            Overview: These members are typically the support officers of the support officers. They are primarily responsible for mentoring and guiding the Sergeant’s below them to get them ready for the Master Sergeant Role!
            
            Class: Enlisted Junior Officer
            Report: Captain
            Max Allowed: (5) per squad
            Requirements: Sergeant → Master Sergeant | Must be Sergeant for a minimum of (1) month and (15) days and have the basic general knowledge of SRG. Interviewed by the LT for consideration and then that LT would recommend to the Captain.
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Remain a visible role model within SRG Clan.
            ● Attend and host activities across the community.
            ● Shadow Lieutenant and be ready to take the LT exam.
            ● Assist with application and onboarding new members.
            ● Attend meetings across the community.
            ● Support members below them with questions, issues or concerns.
            ●  all rules, policies and guidelines.
            
            
            🟣 ENLISTED SUPPORT OFFICERS
            
            SERGEANT [SGT]
            
            Overview: Sergeants are individuals within a squad who have shown excellent levels of activity, dedication to their squad and the community as a whole - as well as shown leadership qualities fitting of the role of Sergeant. These individuals attend squad meetings and community events, share ideas, play games and socialize with their fellow members - as well as assist in organizing / hosting events for their squad.
            
            Class: Enlisted Support Officers
            Report: Master Sergeant [MSG] and Enlisted Junior Officers
            Max Allowed Positions: (15 per squad, infinite in community as a whole)
            Requirements: Has attended 5 gamenights total, 14 days as a Corporal [CPL].
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Participate in events and community activities.
            ● Remind members about upcoming events or activities.
            ● Support Sergeants with simple tasks or coordination.
            ● Stay active in Discord and in-game.
            ● Follow rules, standards, and community guidelines.
            ● Support teamwork in their squad.
            ● Mentor Members / Senior Members within their squad.
            ● Attend training seminars when able and learn more about SRG.
            ● Remain a visible role model of the SRG Clan.
            ● Assist with applications and onboarding new members.
            
            CORPORAL [CPL]
            
            Overview: Corporals are individuals within a squad who have shown excellent levels of activity, dedication to their squad and the community as a whole - as well as shown leadership qualities fitting of the role of Corporal. These individuals attend squad meetings and community events, share ideas, play games and socialize with their fellow members. They are the link in the chain between members and leadership within a squad.
            
            Class: Enlisted Support Officers

            Requirements: Has attended (4) gamenights total, (14) days as a Senior Member [SMBR].

            ● Remind members about upcoming events or activities.
            ● Support Sergeants with simple tasks or coordination.
            ● Stay active in Discord and in-game.
            ● Follow rules, standards, and community guidelines.
            ● Support teamwork in their squad.
            ● Mentor Members / Senior Members within their squad.
            ● Attend training seminars when able and learn more about SRG.

            ⚪️ ENLISTED CORE MEMBERS
            
            Specialist [SPC]

            Overview:

            Specialist is the stepping stone for the Corporal role. These members will primarily focus on getting done their recruitment training and learning as much information as possible.

            Class: Enlisted Core Member
            Report: Corporals & Sergeant
            Max Allowed: (60 per squad, infinite in community as a whole)

            Requirements: Must have (3) sit ins, (1) mock onboarding and Recruitment and CMS Training to be promoted to Corporal.

            ● Follow rules, standards, and community guidelines,
            ● Support team work in their squad,
            ● Help newer members when possible,
            ● Attend training seminars and learn more about SRG,
            ● Complete all recruitment related trainings.
            
            SENIOR MEMBER [SMBR]
            
            Overview: Senior Members are individuals within a squad who have shown excellent levels of activity, dedication to their squad and the community as a whole. These individuals attend squad meetings and community events, share ideas, play games and socialize with their fellow members. They are the stepping stone between membership and leaning into leadership within a squad.
            
            Class: Enlisted Core Member
            Report: Corporals [CPL] and above, Enlisted Support Officers
            Max Allowed Positions: (60 per squad, infinite in community as a whole)
            Requirements: Has attended (2) gamenights total, (14) days as a Member [MBR].
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Participate in events and community activities.
            ● Stay active in Discord and in-game.
            ● Follow rules, standards, and community guidelines.
            ● Support teamwork in their squad.
            ● Help newer members when possible.
            ● Attend training seminars when able and learn more about SRG.
            
            MEMBER [MBR]
            
            Overview: Members are individuals within a squad who are expected to have a reasonable level of activity, dedication to their squad and the community as a whole. These individuals attend squad meetings and community events, share ideas, play games and socialize with their fellow members.
            
            Class: Enlisted Core Member
            Report: Senior Members [SMBR], Corporals [CPL] and above, Enlisted Support Officers
            Max Allowed Positions: (60 per squad, infinite in community as a whole)
            Requirements: Newly onboarded member.
            
            Responsibilities:
            ● Participate in events and community activities.
            ● Stay active in Discord and in-game.

            RECRUIT [RCT]
            
            Overview: New member who has just joined the community.
            
            Class: New Member
            Report: Recruiter
            Max Allowed: (Infinite)
            Requirements: Recruit → Member | Fill out application and complete onboarding process
            
            Responsibilities:

            ● Complete the onboarding process.
