RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

Silent Response Gaming merchandise is produced and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand service. Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed.

All purchases are considered final sale, and refunds will not be issued for any reason or reasons such as buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the design after purchase.

However, if an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, customers may submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product.

To report an issue, please email shop@srgclan.net and include the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number (please include this in the email subject line)
  • Shipping Address
  • Description of the Item
  • Explanation of the Issue (what is wrong with the product)

Once your report is received, our team will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchange Disclaimer:

Silent Response Gaming will not be doing any exchanges or refunds for fitment issues. To exchange orders, we would be responsible for the cost which is not financially sound. So, when placing orders please place your order for the NEXT SIZE UP from your actual size. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and hope that you enjoy your new item when you get it!
