INTRODUCTION ✅
Welcome To Silent Response Gaming
SRG Clan is a professional, organized, and toxic-free gaming community focused on innovation and continuous evolution to deliver a limitless and inspiring gaming experience.
Founded on November 30th, 2025, by Owners SRG Slayah and SRG Zatos, SRG has experienced rapid growth and continues to expand every day. With long-term goals of becoming a respected name in the gaming space around the world, SRG is committed to building a legacy that will last for years and decades to come.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to deliver a limitless and inspiring gaming experience to our members by bringing back the original vibes of what gaming and gaming communities used to be like. SRG was founded on the core principle of being a family-oriented and casual gaming community that offers a safe, structured, and toxic-free environment. Within SRG, members can participate in clan operations and activities while connecting with one another without fear of unfair treatment, misconduct, or judgment.
SRG is guided by our core values of integrity, respect, inclusion, teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. We strive to provide an equal-opportunity community that empowers its members, develops strong leaders, and achieves shared goals through consistency, commitment, and mutual respect.
HISTORY ✅
HISTORY OF SRG
The founding members of Silent Response Gaming previously led a gaming organization known as RySe Gaming. After internal challenges and organizational difficulties, the founders made the decision to separate themselves from that community and pursue a new vision. Despite these hardships and being nearly outcast from their former community RySe Gaming became the most successful clan ever operated by Slayah and Zatos, laying the foundation for what SRG would ultimately become.
When SRG was officially established, the founders were joined by longtime friends and trusted members SRG Elevated and SRG Galaxy, along with a respected guest and longtime supporter from their previous organizations, Shawn “Mercenary” Goodison (DCIGaming). Shawn passed away on September 13, 2025, and remains a permanent part of SRG’s legacy and history. His contributions and memory continue to be honored within the community as he is inducted into the SRG hall of fame.

The Beginning of SRG
The concept and vision for Silent Response Gaming existed long before its official launch. While the idea for SRG began in Summer 2024, real-life responsibilities required the project to be placed on hold. Once the timing was right, the founders reconvened and officially launched SRG on November 30, 2025, marking the beginning of a new chapter built on experience, resilience, and dedication to the community.
Silent Response Gaming was officially founded on November 30, 2025.
ACTIVITY & INACTIVITY POLICY ✅
Activity In SRG Clan
Silent Response Gaming (SRG) likes to consider itself and active gaming community. We understand that real-life events happen, and we always expect you to handle your real-life responsibilities first. However, we have seen a rapid decline in activity as of late. We ask all members not on an Approved (LOA) Leave of Absence to remain engaged with the community. View the list below to see how you can remain engaged with our gaming community to avoid being MR’d (Member Revoked)
- General discord activity. (Chatting, voice channels etc…)
- Participation in Game Nights, Social Nights, Movie Nights
- Participation in Meetings & Seminars
- In game activity with the community’s members
- Answer pings when pinged by a member of leadership
- Make it a habit to check the server every 2 hours or so, just check in with us
- If you cannot participate say something, we don’t like to kick people but if you don’t communicate, we don’t know what is going on.
This does not mean pick one activity and just do that one activity, we need to see appropriate amount of activity across all activities. Some members will join and immediately go inactive, only join games, only join vc’s or only text in discord server. Again, do NOT just pick one activity and only participate in that one activity. New members do NOT want to come in and see a dead server.
Being active helps strengthen SRG clan, helps maintain the community as an active and welcoming environment.
Inactivity In SRG Clan
To preserve the strength, stability, and longevity of Silent Response Gaming, inactivity standards will be enforced more strictly.
SRG will no longer operate under fixed response timelines for inactivity. Instead, activity expectations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness while maintaining operational effectiveness.
Leadership retains full discretion in determining what constitutes acceptable activity levels. Final decisions regarding inactivity reviews, role removals, demotions, or membership status rest with SRG leadership.
Our goal is not punishment, but enhance community standards, engagement, and accountability. Consistent communication and participation remain the responsibility of every member.
Standard Activity Timeline
- (7) days of inactivity. This primarily refers to discord activity but is the same across all kinds of activity. (Member will receive the “Inactive Role” on discord.)
- After marked with the Inactive Role on discord members have 48 hours to improve their activity either letting us know what is going on or request an LOA or simply just start showing activity.
- Marked with inactivity after missing (5) community events in a row. In no way, shape or form is anyone that busy to miss 5 activities.
- If you have never played a game with a SRG member you will be marked as inactive. We will never understand why people join a “gaming community” just to not game with anyone.
Zero Tolerance For Ignorance
Do not do the following things listed below:
- Ignore pings from leadership leaving them on “read”, this is extremely ignorant and unprofessional as our leadership team makes every effort to accommodate the members of SRG Clan. We can 99.9% guarantee that they would NOT do it to you.
- Have proper communication, we always try to communicate everything we do with the entire community. We ask you to do the same and communicate any activity issues you might have so we don’t seem like the bad guys. If you have 5 messages in the last (2) weeks with no voice activity and we kick you then message us after the fact to wonder, why you got kicked? It’s frustrating, that just means you’ve ignored everything and only cared when you got kicked.

- Protect all SRG Clan members always. Treat them as if they are your family and how you would want to be treated.
- Do NOT RAGE quit! If you are having a bad game take a step away from your system for a minute and come back with a clear mind. All members of the party must agree to back out before anyone decides to leave.
If you experience true technical difficulties, medical emergencies or family emergencies or any other real-life obligation please go take of those real-life obligations.
LOA POLICY ✅
LOA POLICY (LEAVE OF ABSENCE)
Silent Response Gaming understands that real-life responsibilities and unexpected situations may require members to step away from the community. This Leave of Absence (LOA) policy is designed to protect members from being MR’d (Member Removed) due to inactivity when legitimate circumstances arise.
SRG has always operated under a real-life-first principle. Leadership will never ask members to neglect work, school, family, health, or other real-life priorities, nor will members be penalized for responsibly prioritizing those obligations. However, this benefit is not to be abused. An approved LOA is intended for members who genuinely need time away from the community. If a member is placed on LOA, they are expected to remain absent for the duration of the approved period.
If a member on LOA is consistently active in the server without valid explanation, leadership reserves the right to revoke the LOA. Once revoked, inactivity protections associated with the LOA will no longer apply.
The purpose of this policy is protection and fairness, not a loophole for extended inactivity.
Guidelines
- Use the proper procedures for LOA request.
- Member is not required to give reason it’s none of our business but if you want to share that is up to the member requesting the LOA
- If you request an LOA, please remain absent
- The LOA Role will be added to their profile + [LOA] at the end of their nickname to notify the community they are on LOA
- If you are typing in the server instead of being LOA, the LOA will be removed
- If your LOA last more than (30) days we will reach out to see if you need to continue it.
- If your LOA last more than (60) days we will do an honorable removal which means you are eligible to reapply anytime
CHAIN OF COMMAND ✅
Silent Response Gaming will always have an open-door policy. However, we must maintain a proper chain of command within the community. Members are always welcome to message higher leadership regarding personal conversations such as asking how they are, what we are doing, vent to us about personal issues, when it comes to issues relating your squad, section, division or department you must go through the proper chain of command.
What You Need To Know?
- Follow Your Immediate Leadership.
Members should first communicate with their direct superior before reaching out to higher ranks. This includes questions, issues, concerns, and requests. Skipping ranks without cause disrupts operations and may result in delays. - Respect Leadership Authority
Each rank has designated responsibilities and authority based on SRG’s structure. Leadership decisions made within a member’s chain are to be followed unless escalated appropriately through proper procedures. - Escalation Procedure
If an issue cannot be resolved by a direct superior (or if the issue involves that superior), members may escalate to the next rank in the chain. At every stage, leadership will review the matter professionally and determine the appropriate course of action. - Communication Expectations
Members are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally when addressing leaders. Leadership, in turn, is required to respond or redirect members in a timely manner or escalate issues upward when appropriate. - Avoid Bypassing the Chain
Members should not skip ranks or directly contact higher leadership unless specifically instructed or if the matter involves misconduct by the immediate superior. The chain exists to route communication correctly and prevent conflict of interest. - Confidentiality and Professionalism
Discussions within the chain are considered official internal communication and should remain professional and confidential at all times. Sharing private chain-of-command discussions without authorization is prohibited. - Leadership Responsibility
It is the responsibility of all leaders to support, guide, and assist those under their command. Leadership positions are earned through trust, responsibility, and the ability to serve and support the members they lead. - Final Authority
Ultimate authority and decision-making power related to chain processes remain with SRG Ownership. Any dispute beyond normal resolution may be reviewed at the highest level if necessary.
Below is the category of ranks displayed lowest to highest and should be followed in that order. Any disruptions in the chain of command disrupts operations and causes delays. If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to our Director of Community – SRG DaddysQueen
Member & Senior Member –> Corporal –> Sergeant –> Master Sergeant –> Lieutenant –> Captain (so on and so forth: follow the rank structure)
RANK SYSTEM POLICY ✅
Rank Eligibility & Advancement
No rank within Silent Response Gaming (SRG) is ever guaranteed. All ranks are earned, not given, and are awarded based on commitment, activity, participation, performance, merit, and tenure within the community.
Requests or demands for rank advancement are not permitted. Members who ask for ranks will receive a verbal warning. Advancement is achieved through consistent effort, leadership, and contribution, just like every other member.
Role Acceptance & Responsibility
Members who accept a rank or leadership role are fully responsible for the duties and expectations associated with that position. Leadership roles may, at times, require members to temporarily cover additional responsibilities in an interim capacity until a permanent assignment is made.
Members should not accept a role unless they are able and willing to fulfill its responsibilities. Failure to perform assigned duties or maintain expected activity may result in demotion or removal from the role.
Interim Assignments
SRG reserves the right to assign interim responsibilities to ensure continued operations. These assignments are temporary and based on community needs.
Volunteer-Based Community
All SRG ranks and leadership positions are volunteer roles. No member of Silent Response Gaming is compensated or paid for performing duties within the community.
Final Authority
All ranking, promotions, demotions, and role assignments are determined at the discretion of SRG Executive Leadership, based on the needs of the community and member performance.
OPEN DOOR POLICY ✅
Open Door Policy
Silent Response Gaming (SRG) is committed to maintaining open communication, transparency, and mutual respect with the entire community within. Our Open Door Policy ensures that members feel comfortable bringing forward questions, concerns, feedback, or ideas without fear of retaliation of any kind.
Members are encouraged to communicate respectfully with their immediate leadership whenever possible. If an issue cannot be resolved at that level, members may escalate concerns through the Chain of Command.
This policy applies to concerns related to community conduct, leadership decisions, conflicts, suggestions, or general feedback. All communications should remain professional, respectful, and solution driven.
SRG leadership will make every reasonable effort to listen, respond, and address concerns in a timely and fair manner. Abuse of the Open Door Policy, including harassment, false accusations, or bypassing the Chain of Command without cause, may result in corrective action. Any member who goes out of chain of command their questions will not be answered by the member contacted and will be redirected to the appropriate leadership member.
The Open Door Policy does not override SRG’s Code of Conduct, Chain of Command, or disciplinary procedures, but exists to support communication, accountability, and trust with our members within the community.
DISCIPLINARY OUTCOMES ✅
Overview
Disciplinary Action may sound intimidating or may seem like we are looking for problems. We assure you that is not the case, we have designed this system to provide a number of outcomes for leadership to choose from based on what they think fits the punishment. This is not a list to follow more or less a list of outcomes that can be used for disciplinary actions.
We want to emphasize that this system is designed to keep things fair, transparent, or having a more consistent approach to handling issues and giving leadership an organized method of tracking disciplinary issues.
If you are looking for how disciplinary action or enforcement is done, please visit the Corrective Enforcement tab.
Disciplinary Outcomes

We fully understand that SRG Clan may not be for everyone and members are well within their right to leave if they want to. However, we ask that you let someone know that you are exiting and express any concerns or issues. If you do NOT, we assume that you want the issues to keep persisting. Members who leave without notice will receive a temporary ban for (90) days.
If you are given a second chance and you leave again without notice, you will be permanently blacklisted from Silent Response Gaming.

CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN
Corrective Action Plan
SRG Clan is committed to fairness, accountability, and transparency in all disciplinary matters. However, to protect both members and leadership from misunderstandings or false allegations, certain safeguards must be in place.
This corrective action guideline exists not only to ensure member safety, but also to protect leadership integrity. During one-on-one disciplinary conversations, there is increased risk of miscommunication or misrepresentation. To maintain fairness and proper documentation, no member should be formally reprimanded without appropriate oversight.
When addressing Code of Conduct violations or issuing corrective action, there must be at least two (2) leadership members present who hold a higher rank than the member being reprimanded. This ensures accountability, transparency, and protection for all parties involved.
DUE PROCESS
Due Process
Due Process is designed to ensure that the members are able to tell their side of the story. They may request the evidence presented to leadership but will not inform them of who submitted the complaint. If you have a question about Due Process, we advise to reach out to SRG Lanx with questions!
Valid Evidence For Submission
- Audio recording
- Video Recording
- Screenshot
Witnesses will minimally be considered as it is hard to determine the actual truth. We have our methods to use witnesses as a method that we will not put here. However, witnesses will not be the primary source of discipline.
NOTE: Only the direct leadership can issue a strike to the member in question, If the member who receives the strike leaves because of receiving the strike we will issue the Ban and see that as a sign of quitting without notice. Leaving and not being able to take accountability is a sign of immaturity. In certain situations, an immediate removal may be warranted depending on the severity of the violation.
DAR POLICY
SRG Disciplinary Action Report Policy
Purpose
The Disciplinary Action Report (DAR) ensures that all corrective and disciplinary actions within Silent Response Gaming (SRG) are properly documented, transparent, and consistent.
Accurate reporting protects both members and leadership while maintaining accountability and operational integrity.
Scope
This policy applies to all leadership members authorized to issue warnings, strikes, suspensions, demotions, or removals.
Reporting Requirements
Whenever disciplinary action is taken, a Disciplinary Action Report must be completed and logged within the IA CMS system within 24 hours of the action being issued.
All disciplinary documentation must be entered directly into IA CMS. Use of unofficial notes, personal logs, or unapproved reporting methods is not permitted as a substitute for proper CMS documentation.
Each IA CMS report must include:
- Member name and rank
- Date of incident
- Clear description of the violation
- Specific policy or rule violated
- Action taken (warning, strike, suspension, etc.)
- Names and ranks of leadership present (if applicable)
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, recordings, etc.)
Reports must remain factual, professional, and free from personal bias.
Accountability
Failure to properly log disciplinary actions within IA CMS may result in corrective review of the issuing leader.
Falsifying, omitting, or misrepresenting information within IA CMS is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
Final Statement
All disciplinary actions within SRG must be documented through IA CMS to ensure fairness, consistency, and leadership accountability.
Proper use of IA CMS safeguards the integrity of SRG’s enforcement structure.
OWNERSHIP OF SRG CLAN
Ownership of SRG Clan
Final decision-making authority within Silent Response Gaming (SRG) rests with the SRG Owners.
SRG Owners maintain full executive control over all aspects of the community, including but not limited to operations, structure, policy changes, leadership appointments, disciplinary decisions, financial matters, and strategic direction. While other leadership roles operate within their assigned scope of authority, all positions ultimately function under the oversight of the Owners.
SRG Owners are the only individuals authorized to implement clan-wide operational changes without requiring prior approval, consensus, or majority vote from other leadership members.
Although Owners retain complete governing authority, they may, at their discretion, consult with Directors or seek leadership input when appropriate. However, such consultation is advisory in nature and does not limit or override the Owners’ final authority.
This structure ensures unified leadership, operational stability, and clear accountability at the highest level of SRG governance.
RECRUITMENT POLICY
SRG Clan’s Recruitment Policy
Director of Recruitment: To Be Announced…
The SRG Recruitment Policy establishes standards, procedures and expectations for attracting, screening, onboarding and retaining quality members. SRG Clan will always prioritize the quality and personality of the member of the quantity of people that we have. Numbers are great and we are willing to accept anyone but SRG as a community only works if everyone in the community plays their part.
Requirements
- Must hold the rank of Corporal or higher to independently conduct onboarding sessions.
- Must obtain the Recruitment Certification, which requires:
- Participation in three (3) onboarding sit-ins
- Completion of one (1) mock onboarding
- Completion of both Recruitment 101 and CMS 101 training certifications
- Must demonstrate the ability to properly evaluate applications, identify strengths and red flags, and make sound decisions. Recruiters must be confident and objective, and able to decline applications that do not meet SRG standards.
When The Recruit Joins: The Steps of Membership
- When a recruit joins the server, the Community Director is primarily responsible for directing them to the appropriate location to complete their application. However, if the Community Director is unavailable, leadership and authorized recruiters are expected to step in.
In this situation, simply welcome the recruit in #recruit-chat and professionally direct them to #apply-here to complete the member application. Prompt engagement and clear guidance ensure a smooth and organized onboarding experience.
- Once an application has been submitted, review it in #completed-applications to verify the applicant’s age and determine whether they align with the standards, culture, and objectives of Silent Response Gaming.
If the applicant meets SRG requirements, return to #recruit-chat and professionally ask for their availability to complete the onboarding process. Onboarding should be conducted in the designated voice channel, #Recruitment Room, to ensure clarity, structure, and proper communication.
- During the onboarding session in the voice channel, take time to get to know the recruit in a professional and conversational manner. Ask appropriate, non-intrusive personal questions that help you understand their gaming background, goals, and expectations, while simultaneously reviewing their application.
Clearly explain the SRG structure, expectations, and onboarding process. Inform them that all policies, procedures, and standards are publicly available in the SRG Knowledge Center for full transparency.
The onboarding process typically takes approximately 20–25 minutes, though it may run longer depending on questions, discussion, or clarification needed.
- Ask the recruit if they any questions.
- After onboarding is complete, update the recruit’s nickname to match the response provided in Question #6 of their application.
The format should be:
SRG (Desired Name) [MBR]
Ensure the requested name is appropriate and complies with Discord rules and SRG standards before applying the change. All new members enter SRG at the Member rank; therefore, the rank tag must reflect [MBR] at the time of onboarding.
- Give the members their appropriate roles based on application questions. Veteran recruiters know this process and the process is taught in Recruitment and CMS training.
- Welcome them into #srg-chat of our discord for people to welcome them.
- Enter them into our CMS system, if you do NOT have access to the squad, they are going in please forward that information to someone who does.
All members are required to go through this process; membership removals may happen at times and that is normal. Please take the time to review the reasons a membership removal is warranted from our staff team! We want to emphasize that this is not that we do NOT want you but if a recruit does not go through this process they will not officially be a part of SRG Clan.
- Member does not complete application or onboarding within 48 hours (unless specified by the member that there is a certain time that they are available.)
- Member refuses to join a voice channel and go through the onboarding process.
Bypass Onboarding
- If the member is legally deaf and cannot hear sound, their onboarding will be done via text.
- If the member has a medical condition where they cannot speak then onboarding will be done via text.
FAMILY & RELATIONSHIP POLICY
Purpose
Silent Response Gaming (SRG) recognizes that friendships, family ties, and personal relationships may develop within the community. This policy ensures those relationships do not interfere with professionalism, fairness, or leadership integrity. We understand that members that are familiar with each other want to be in the same squad. However, that is just not something we will allow here at Silent Response Gaming. If you have any questions relating to this policy, please reach out to our Moderator team, or Community Director.
Standards
Members may participate in SRG regardless of personal relationships; however, such relationships must not influence:
- Recruitment decisions
- Promotions or advancement
- Disciplinary actions
- Leadership responsibilities
What you need to know?
- No family, spouse or significant other may report to each other or be in the same squad.
- Friends Only: May participate in the same squad but may not report to each other.
All decisions within SRG are based on merit, conduct, and activity, not personal connections.
Leadership & Conflicts of Interest
Leaders must avoid conflict of interest! No member in personal relationship shall participate in the same squad or report to each other. This creates biased decision making and often clouds leadership judgment to make sound and effective decisions.
No exceptions will be made for this rule so please do NOT ask. If any member, ask for this kind of treatment immediate disciplinary action will be taken. Thank you for your cooperation in this policy.
Conduct Expectations

SRG supports healthy relationships, but professionalism and community integrity must always come first.
NAME CHANGE POLICY
Name Change Policy
Silent Response Gaming has created the name change policy to keep things appropriate and to make sure usernames align with SRG Standards and Policies. Please review the guidelines below to ensure we are maintaining a respectful gaming community.
If you have any questions about this policy reach out to your superior squad leader or community director for assistance.
The Why?
SRG does not require approval for name changes, however we do ask members submit a ticket via our discord server. By no means does this mean you need permission we are just wanting to be notified of the change. While nitro members are able to change nicknames regardless of server set permissions, we have to update usernames manually in our Atlas Management System which in other words is our CMS for all operations such as squad, division, section management, transfers, ban/blacklist, reinstatements, and more and all that information requires manual updating.
We are not interested in finding out someone changed their discord name and having to find out who it is. It is time consuming and not very effective from an operational standpoint. We emphasize you can change your name we just ask for a ticket as a ticket notifies us and keeps a transcript of it. Ideally, we’d like for members not to make this a habit as changing it more than once in a (30) day period is too much already.
Rules of Usernames
- Usernames must be appropriate and not offensive
- Must not match the name of another SRG member
- Must not match the name of a SRG squad, section or division
- SRG must be in discord per server profile name but is not required for online id’s
- [RANK] bracket is required at the end of per server profile name
- Submit ticket before changing name so we know who it is before the name changes (we also need to make sure the name is available)
- If you do NOT have nitro a staff member will need to do it for you
PROMOTIONS POLICY
Promotions Policy
Promotions in Silent Response Gaming are a privilege not a right, we do not believe in handing out promotions just because we like the people in the community. All promotions need to have been or earned not have a baseless reason behind them. No member of Silent Response Gaming is permitted to demand or ask for promotions; we always love answering the question of How do I get promoted? However, we will not be bothered with demands or asking for them.
How Do I Get Promoted?
- Remain active within the community participating in game nights, social nights, discord activity, meetings, seminars and more.

- Promotions need to have context and not to be baseless
- Promotions to be announced in #promotions and congratulations to be sent in #srg-chat (FORMAT: Please congratulate [TAG NAME OF MEMBER] on becoming [TAG RANK] of [TAG SQUAD ROLE]
- Promotions should be performed in meeting. However, we know it won’t always happen in that way
- SRG no longer will promote people from Member –> Senior Member based on tenure. Mix of tenure and activity will need to be established.
If you have any questions regarding promotions, please reach out to our community director.

REAL-LIFE POLICY
Real-Life Policy
Silent Response Gaming (SRG) recognizes and respects that all members have real-life responsibilities outside of the community that may limit their availability or activity at times. Real life will always take priority over gaming and clan operations.
Even though we monitor activity levels, SRG asks that members remain as active as reasonably possible to support continued community operations when life allows. Participation, communication, and engagement help ensure SRG remains active and welcoming.
Members are fully expected and encouraged to address all real-life responsibilities first, including work, family, health, and personal matters. SRG does not penalize members for prioritizing real life.
Leadership members should communicate periods of extended inactivity when possible and utilize Leave of Absence (LOA) options if needed. Please refer to the Inactivity & Activity Policy for additional details on how SRG manages inactive members.
SRG is built on understanding, balance, and respect, supporting both community engagement and real-life responsibilities.
GRAPHIC REQUEST POLICY
Graphic Request Policy
We understand that members want graphics, however, to stop our designers from being overwhelmed so quickly we have to follow the appropriate guidelines. Furthermore, we do not want people joining for the free graphics. Please read the guidelines below and be sure you this applies to you before opening your ticket!
How do you open a ticket?
- Please head over to our discord server “SRG CLAN HQ” and scroll to the help section. You will see a ticket system in the GFX Request channel where you can open a ticket. Click that button and be sure to mention the details of the graphic that you want.
GFX Request Policy
- Must have been in the community for a minimum of (7) days and have at least (30) messages not including recruit chat in that (7) days.
- Members of SRG Clan can only request a graphic once every (14) days. This is to stop spam of graphics; Owners are exempt if the graphic is related to SRG Operations.
- No Full Stream Packages, you may request them in increments in regard to the (14) day rule.
- Consider tipping. Our graphic designers who hand draw, or use photoshop to create graphics have paid money for schooling or spent a lot of time self-teaching. So, consider tipping a minimum of 10$ or even more for graphics. We believe this is fair as any other graphic designer would cost far more.
Graphic Designers
- NO, GFX artist are not guaranteed payment for work. SRG is not in the position to pay designers, but they can collect tips from the community but may not demand it. If you’re not willing to help in your free time, please just don’t participate in creating them.
- Graphics are created on their time, not the members time, if a member does pay you then you “should” get them done in a timely manner.
TRANSFER POLICY
Transfers & Reassignments

As interests and availability evolve, members may no longer actively participate in the game or Division they originally joined. In such cases, a transfer or reassignment may be requested. - Must not have any Disciplinary Actions in the last 30 days.

MERCH POLICY
Overview:
SRG uses a third-party service to host its merchandise shop. We’ve always aimed to be transparent—physical inventory can be expensive, and newer communities typically operate on smaller budgets. Because of this, we rely on donations, partner programs, merch sales, and other methods to build a sustainable community income.
Until we reach that point, we use a drop-shipping service to provide merchandise. While we work toward generating steady community revenue, we still have operational costs such as website hosting, domain hosting, AMS hosting, and more.
Our store is run through Teespring, which means they handle all order processing, returns, and user information. SRG does not receive your private information and cannot process returns ourselves. For sizing, based on our experience:
- If you want clothing to fit a little looser after washing, order two sizes up
- If you want a slightly snug fit after washing, order one size up
- DO NOT ORDER YOUR ACTUAL SIZE!
